Hi driverjon, As the other guys have advised the fuse box on top on the left inner wing is where you need to go, based on my experience - My son drove (Megan II 1.6) through some floods and limped back with the wipers, lights and dash all going MAD and had trouble switching off just like you. I could see water on the outside of the fuse assembly so assumed it was soaked! I removed about 8 multi plugs and a main live feed from the fuse assembly and removed it, then "opened" the plastic case (take care and do not drop and do not handle the circutry) dried by blasting with compressed air and warm air gun and then did the same to the connector blocks before refitting the assembly.
