Leaks could be due to blocked sunroof drain holes.

Steering definately sounds faulty, our 1.9dci doesn't make any noises.

All turbos whistle to a certain extent, although the whistle should not be excessive.

Ventilation is very good normally, but as you have also got a leak with water ending up near the glove box, the pollen filterwill be wet. A wet or blocked pollen filter would cause the symptoms you describe. A new filter would probably restore ventilation back to normal - but get the leak repaired first.

Sounds like the brakes are faulty - have you checked brake fluid level, you are probably losing fluid somehwere.

Never have any problems engaging revers in ours.

IF you bought the car from a garage you should have some sort of warranty with it. Take the car back to them with a written list of all the faults you have noted.

Fuel economy for a 2.2dci is approx 40 mpg from what I can gather, obviously a lot depends on driving conditions etc.

When was the car last serviced? If it hasn't been done recently a new air filter and diesel filter would improve things dramatically economy wise.

Currently in SportTourer's garage:
2010 Laguna III SportTourer Initiale Tom Tom.
