IceLink interferes with radio signals :-(

Ooops. I'm a newbie here. Got to post this in the welcome forum. Sory!

I'm the happy new owner of a Laguna II Sports Tourer, 2002, in which I have had installed an IceLink Plus. A nice little thing which let me play iPod through the cd-changer port on my head unit. Only problem: My radio is disturbed heavily even when my iPod is removed from the dock.

I THINK I localised the problem to the cable, nearest to the radio. (A multicoloured multicable ending in a blue connector, with a little print plate on the middle of the cable, packed in black rubber.) As soon as I removed this cable from the head unit, the radio functioned as normal...

Strange - or?

I was allowed to return that part of the cable to the danish importer, and now I hope it was just a malfunction in that little part. But I just wanted to know if anybody else encountered similar problems...

I'll let you know if replacing the cable solved the problem...
