Thumbs up weird misfiring with my Clio

I've got an '02 Clio Authentique (8V). It's got about 85k on the clock.

It's recently been rough on idle, low on power and when going down the dual carriageway, the orange engine warning light in the lower right hand corner of the dash started flashing, so I slowed up a bit, and it went away.

I had a look at the plugs, and they look a bit wet.

I've seen on here that it could be a few things, and it might be worth trying changing the plugs, HT leads, and also the ignition coil (s).

Can someone let me know if the igintion coils are actually part of the HT leads in this model, or is it something separate that I should also get.

The plugs are about 18 months old. I honestly don't know if the leads have ever been changed, though I doubt it.

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Any advice would be really appreciated. I'm *fairly* handy but don't know too much about car electrics.
