Once engine is up to temp i put my blower/heater on, It blows out nice warm air for about 1 min then startg going cold untill it is cold, The only way to get it warm is to turn the blowers off again for about 10 mins just to have it blow warm air out for about 1 min (or less) then it repeats the same problem again!!
I read about cleaning the heater matrix so i took my car for a run to get it up to temp got back to my house took the glove box out to feel the 2 silver pipes and there both really hot!!! (untouchable hot)

Has any one any idears on how to fix my problem??

Thanks Richard!!!

(PS. in the meanwhile i will be thinking of all you lucky warm laguna drivers)

There are two rubber hoses one taking the engine hot water in and the other taking the heater cooled water out.

Both of these hoses should be hot, the one a bit hotter than the other

If they're not both hot all the time you prolly have an air lock and need to bleed the coolant.

Take a long look around, make sure you find ALL of the bleed nipples, start bleeding from the bottom and work toward the top.

I hope this helps :)
