Just changed these for the second time today.
I last did them in June at around 42k and used motor factor bushes. They didnt last 6 months.

Went for Renault ones this time. Renault Bolton wanted 260 for doing it, Renault Manchester 250.
I made my own tool out of stainless steel with 12mm threaded rod for the winding part. Very strong and winds them out a doddle.

However I noticed something wierd, in the bag of bushes there was a drawing showing which bush goes in which side. Upon removal it seems the last pair were inserted in the opposite places to where they should be.
However I did them last time and am 100% confident I did it right. And the car has been owned by me from new.

When i changed them yesterday, I put the one with the slotted hole (___ ) in the offside (drivers side).

Is this correct?
