It could be a duff pump and in all honesty it would be worth checking if power was getting to it first
I've been infront of the car and got my daughter to use the stalk and the washers don't pop up or produce water, either out of the jets or onto the road, as far as I could see. You can hear a pump, but that might just be the windscreen pump, which is working fine- I've no idea what the sound is with the headlamp washers running or not and the radio blotts out everything else under my normal use! I think it might be a bumper off at the weekend job to see what is going on! Would still like to give the relay a wiggle/swop with another similar one just to see if that's the issue- but I don't have a clue where it is in the car!
