I've tried so many things, and all of them have failed sooner or later, but these critters have actually stuck my TrafficMaster YQ2 bracket onto the dash of my car. The permanent ones are transparent, though you'd probably need to cut them into smaller bits for the window sticker. They also do removable ones, but they're white foam and don't stick nearly so well.
If there as good as they say, how do you get them off the backing?
