I would suggest the switch then or the relays if fuses are fine
Re the rear screen wash iirc the washer pump has 2 exits one for rear screen, this is a common enough failure so could be a broken screen wash pump.
However, It could also be a broken rear screen wash hose, only way to discover this is to start at either the washer end or the nozzle end, and follow the cable under the trim.
the pump is easier to see, access it (in front of drivers side front wheel iirc and watch the hoses as a helper hits the front then the rear screen wash
see if the fluid is drawn up.
