Not staring when cold and front windows problem
I bought my Laguna about 3 months ago and I'm really happy about it. It's 2001 model with two problems though.
First of all, I'm not able to start it in the morning when the temperature drops till around 0C. The radio, A/C, lights are all working without any problem.
Overall, the engine don't start and all a hear is this really quite noise made by some small switch somewhere in front of the car. The funny thing though is that it's starting after 10mins of playing with the electricity - closing/opening the car it self, turning the radio and A/C off/on.
I scheduled a visit in Renault and will update this thread after getting more informations since it's a popular problem.
I just want to make sure that they will not rip me off.
I understand that it might be the battery, but is there something else that I might come in to your minds?
Also, I have a problem with the drivers window - it's not working. I took the panel out and I found out that some light green plastic is broken. It holds the window and connects it to a metal link responsible for polling the window up.
I'm looking for to buy myself this peace of plastic and ask my friend to help me out with installing it and making the window work again. It's not a big problem, but unfortunately I don't know where I get get one. Does anybody know some websites where I can find it?
