Hello and welcome to the forum.

As far as I know you don't need a Renault to ISO connector because the connectors from the car are actually ISO ones,so they are just plug and play.

As for the hand controls,there are adapters available,but only certain makes of stereo support them.I know Sony and Pioneer do,I'm not 100% sure about others though.I'm pretty sure that none of the aftermarket stereos allow the head up display to work though.I worked on a Lag 2 with an aftermarket Sony head unit in it the other day,and all it came up with SONY,no other info,but then that is all on the front of the radio anyway.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
