The fuel one at least is a function of the trip computer (even if your car doesn't have the computer, it may share the display with the ones that do.) The teardrop one may well be low
LCD displays do all kinds of bizarre things in sub-zero temperatures. It sounds to me like what you're seeing is just a symptom of that rather than something that's actually wrong with the car. Check the engine
level and top up if necessary just to put your mind at rest. Other than that, I'd ignore it unless it comes back when the car interior is warm.
