My one and only idea is, I had a blown fuse with my Lag2 which put the service light on.

On mine some of the fuses are located just to the rear of the battery, but the one that had blown was at the very end of the dash you can see them only with the drivers side door wide open.

BTW you need snipe nosed fingers just to get at these dash fuses and pull them out.

Don't close the drivers side door while forgetting the fuse box door is wide open, it'll prolly cost 20 million quid for a new little door, and another 40 Million quid to have it fitted.
