scenic shocks

when mine broke, it was of course the left one, thats the one that takes the pounding from the edge of the road, but we were away on holliday and miles from a renault garage, so had to get it fixed in the country garage, the only one we could source was a second hand unit, which cost me more than a new one, so i only did the one. but normally i would replace them as a set, i beleive Monroe are better, but stiffer in ride, i see earlier in this thread there is a price for the monroe and ordering code, not a dificult job to do , but you need axle stands and a good jack, and ring spanners.
