51 plate (Dec01) with 115k on the clock,
Definitely outside of the normal dealer warranty period, just on total mileage alone

EGR if you have the proof I "guess" the EGR should be covered.

No whistling or whining noises is a good sign, but sori no guarantee, the turbo is alright.

No, sori again all dCi engines seem to have problems, I'm convinced now this is because of the 18,000 mile service / oil / filter changes. Some experts say this should be 9,000 miles but I feel after taking advice from HJ this should be 5k or 6K you pays your money, and takes your choice. Good luck.
