Points?.Yep but I never got the hang of them.

As for premium wage,yes please!.

You'd be surprised what some people can do with an aftermarket scanner.Even an idiot like me has fixed cars that main dealers have pushed away,I know some that are much,much better in touch with things than me and could work for a main dealer with their eyes closed and their hands tied behind their backs and still do better.

The trouble is that people always take a dealers word for it.The times that I have been told of a car going in for a fault only to be told that an ECU is needed is incredible........only for the fault to reappear a few days later.It's more a sad reflection on the training that mechanics/technicians get now a days to be honest.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
