I've read a few threads about the pollen filter. The car's just been serviced and they're supposed to check to see if that needs replacing, as well as checking the Aircon - they didn't report that any action was needed, but who knows how thorough they actually are!

The ventilation has good airflow - nice and powerful when I direct it in my face, though the flow rate is poor if I change the flow to all 3 directions at same time - but I assume this is due to the air being channeled 3 way at once.

With See Clear , is the AC supposed to provide heat in lieu of the engine being warm?

I wish there was a way of using the screenwash without using the headlamp was, or a way to isolate the headlamp wash - seems a waste of screenwash as the requirement to wash the headlamps is nowhere near as often as the screen.
