Hi Noel

I gave Greenaway Auto Electrics, off the Albertbridge road a call. Just a random browse of the Yellow pages. The bloke said that they were able to reset the fault light as well as read any codes. I didn't ask about connecting to the ABS ECU specifically. Their cost was 35 plus vat.

I called Hursts on the Boucher road and they wanted to take the car for an hour to tell me what was wrong and charge me 88 plus vat. I said no thanks. This may be the start of them throwing parts at it. Didn't sound like a good idea.

Can you recommend anyone locally?

As the car is worth so little now, combined with all the other small issues, including rusty rear arches, heater, wiper linkage worn etc, I don't want to get into big expense.

Thanks for the input.
