Might be best to do both connections whilst youre at it.
When I had the same problem the garage did both sides for me as their computer diags machine cocked up and told them the wrong side.
Is it just the two underseat connectors that are prone to causing the problem then? If so I don't mind putting the time in over a weekend to remove the seats and get to them.
I would hate to go through all that though and then find out the fault is elsewhere...
