I would agree if someone wrote in simply saying that so-and-so garage is crucking fap... but not if facts and experiences are relayed honestly and truthfully to form a balanced report. The forum is also open to the garages to exercise their "right of reply" if they wish to state their case and disagree with a writer's version of whatever took place. A lie is illegal but the truth isn't.... remember Lord Archer anyone?
