Ignition Coil

Have just returned from having a Christmas break in the UK and went to start the trusty stead, battery almost flat, in my car. SWMBO's starts first push of the button. Three days later rear window regulator carks it, 24hours later, engine light comes on and a voice tells me the emmision module needs checking and car starts to miss. Workshop has just fixed or rather replaced no 5 ignition coil and said that they noticed front ball joints are in need of replacement. At least they found a recall notice and will be doing the ball joints as a factory recall, phew. This is a car that has been serviced to death by authorised dealers and travelled 116000km about 70000miles, not looking good for the long term, she may have to go BUT I do like her.
Currently in andrew regens's garage:
03 Laguna 11 Priv V6 for SWMBO and a 98 MGF VVC for FUN
