A good point OG. I know I have named & shamed in the past mainly out of sheer frustration at the stupidity / negligence of a company I've paid good wedge to, but I can also see your point of view and I guess the only point to mentioning dodgy dealers is to prevent other forum members from being stung by them. Perhaps if people posted that a dealer / garage in a certain town was poor, users in that area could always pm to find out which one thus bypassing the forum and removing the admins / mods from the scene.
