As long as they don't mess with the valves, then you should be fine, though I've once had a valve module break off inside the wheel, which was only discovered when the tyre was changed (it was working fine even though it had detached.)

Apart from that, just make sure they put the wheels back where they found them. They tend to remove multiple wheels and put them back at random, but the OSF wheel has to go back in the OSF position and so on, otherwise the sensors will report the incorrect tyres being flat.
