There's normally a panel that covers the fuses which tells you what fuse is for what. If there isn't, might just be an idea to pull each one in turn and check.

Haven't got a Megane nor have I ever so I can't tell you for sure which it would be.

Should still only take you five minutes to pull and check each one individually.
