Damaged front end

I had a bit of a freak event on Saturday during the gales.
Driving past Formby a piece of debris, which looked like a plastic tray, blew over the sea wall and collided with the front of my car (Megane Sports Tourer).
Its punched a tiny hole in the black bumper as well as the grey panel above it. They both seem to be made of plastic.
Question: The damage can hardly be seen and I guess it wont get any worst. Is it worth repairing and losing my no claims bonus? Im 21 and its very expensive to insure a car.
Would a small bit of damage like that make much difference to resale value? It can hardly be seen.
Currently in Katie-xx's garage:
2007 Megane Sports Tourer 1.6VVT
