One of the things I did was to e-mail Reanult UK seeking their help. They took a few days to reply and when they did they may as well not have bothered! Their response - take it to a dealer! Yeah right guys, the RAC couldn't find it so instead of saying to me 'look for this' and include a picture, they suggest spending a small fortune at a a local dealers! I don't think so. They don't, they tell me, have a technical department who could have helped. I doubt that's really the case. More like they don't have one the public can use!
Tut tut Renault - you could do better than that if you try!
