Faulty parking sensor is likely to be just one not working, putting it on Renaults diagnostic will identify which one. I had a faulty one when i purchased mine....cost was approx 70 from memory.

Tyre sensors all have a battery in them so i suspect the battery has died giving a fault status, i suspect the diagnostic will be able to identify any which isn't producing a signal.

Km to miles i don't know but will ask my friendly Renault tech and get back to you.
