Hello Sunny it is me again........

I know this is dangerous but I have just had a thought

I'm pretty sure that the bonnet release cable on the phase one Laguna runs along the inner front wing.
Now I think I am right in saying that if you remove the drivers side front wheel and then take out the plastic wheel arch liner the cable can be seen.
It may just be possible to get enough purchase on the cable with a pair of pliers or mole grips to get the bonnet open. If you have someone pushing on the bonnet at the same time it should make opening it easier.
Like I said I have no experience with the 19 and it may have a different arrangement to the Laguna's.
Could be worth a try to get you out of trouble.
Let us know how it goes....

Kind regards Oily.
