Airbag/Serv Lights

This afternoon the airbag and SERV lights have both stayed on once the engine of my 2004 Laguna is running.

From searching this forum a number of threads have been started asking why this happened and most replies are along the lines of "look at the connectors under the seats".

Can someone please explain to me under which seat or seats I should be looking, for what I should be looking and precisely where in a 2004 Laguna I'd find them, eg. under the front of the seat, under the rear, under the carpet beneath the seats etc.

Once I'm able to locate these connectors, how do I disconnect and reconnect them, ie. do I need a tool or should I just pull them apart?
