An excellent post.
A good advice to owners of wood burning stoves follows:
Mix your used engine
with sawdust or woodchips from a thicknesser - don't ever poor it down your toilet. Just ideal for starting the fire! I keep a bucket of the stuff in my living room. There is no smell of
, only pleasant reek of wood.
Put the old spin on filter in the stove. You get about an hour of heat out of it. Then place it in the recycle bin.
