If you have no dash display for a radio it would seem you have the wrong radio as it appears the one you bought was designed for a car with such a facility
The original radio cassette from the clio would have been Phillips branded and had a small LCD on the left hand side by the tape slot.
I know you obvioulsy don't want to put a decent radio back in the car due to the last one being stolen, but you can pick up a face off cd player for under £60 these days. As long as you take the face off it no one will nick it as it would be usless. And you won't have to mess around with radio codes
I stand corrected, you can get one for under 40 quid!!
