So,are you saying the gauge and the warning light receive different feeds from the sender unit? What about the trip computer which also stops working in this situation. The sender unit sounds like it is a complex unit. Is it measuring fuel flow , consumption and remaining fuel to give this information? Accurate answers please, no guesswork. Thank.
