I have recently replaced mine I think that you will have to go to a Renault dealer and also note that there has been an update on this so the wiring is different. The original connection plug is black, the new one is blue. The old connection will not fit on the new sensor.

When purchasing it make sure you get an additional wiring kit. You will have to cut the old plug off, I used connector blocks to join mine as I didn't like using a soldering iron so close to other parts (no confidence) I then put electrical tape around the whole join just to be on the safe side.

From what I can remember the part from Renault was not to expensive but being crafty they not only charge for the sensor but the wiring kit as well.

Hope this is some help.
