Whilst the master cylinders may share the same reservoir I doubt it would be designed so that if the clutch leaked all over the place you would loose your brakes - then again crazier designs have been invented.
Also if they share the same reservoir it would have to come off anyway.
Bleeding is the same procedure as for brakes
according to the 'haynes' manual, allowing the fluid to drop too low may result in the brakes needing bled.
but however i hope i dont need to do so.
I will be attempting to bleed the brakes when the weather gets a bit warmer. hopefully i will be able to get the bleed nipples out though, im guessing they are easily snapped?
