I have replaced just the blade before, Citroen/Peugeot also use a similar wiper.
You may be surprised at how cheap the wiper is from Renault tho, sometimes they ae cheaper than you think.
They were selling the complete rear wiper inc spoiler for our Laguna ST for about 7 inc vat, Halfords were selling the equivalent size blade/holder for 6 - and it wouldn't have fitted I would have had to "butcher it".
I ended up just replacing the blade tho. Although next time I will replace the whole lot, because in time the wiper assembly does wear . Whereas I always replace the complet unit on the front everytime. As stated before, rear wipers are used less and have a generally "easier" life than the fronts.
