Megane I radio/clock not working

I have a 1999 Megane I hatchback. While changing my radio the other day I caused a short by accident, since then I get no power to the radio or to my clock/thermometer in the dashboard (seatbelt/door lights work fine). I figure it's the fuse but I checked that and it wasn't blown. Just to be sure it didn't just not look blown I tried switching out the fuse for another same rated fuse and still no go.

I only checked the corresponding radio fuse. Is there any other fuse which could have blown which I didn't check? Also there's only the one fuse box to the left of the steering wheel, right?

What else could be causing this?
