With the ignition on,adjust the headlight aim inside the car and see if it makes the same noise.You may have disturbed one of the adjusters when changing the bulb.
Or,it could be the first signs of the re-circ flap giving problems in the heater.
Or,it could just be a relay and you've not noticed it before.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
