Thanks Tink. I will take you advice. Just to update you the dashboard screen has now gone blank My dealer had a look at it they treated it as an emergency. They quote nearly 500 for new screen and claim that Renault are not responsible for any costs as car is several months out of warranty. It could be something simple like a wire or transistor but it is a sealed unit and the whole thing will need replacing. I am sick as a parrot. Garages and manufacturers I think have a licence to print money. Most people kiss me first before they F?%$ me.
