Hi ridge man,
Although I have not personally had the dash out of a renault trafic rimini, I have had the pleasure of having the dash out of many different cars.
Depending on how old or new the car is; most newer cars have clips that hold the front plastic pieces on the dash. These will pop out of place with a light prying force with a screw driver or other flat tool. A soft wooden tool or wedge works well and does not damage any other dash parts.
The may be held together with screws or bolts or with a combination of screws, bolts and clips. Screws and bolts will always be hidden, most times under the plastic pieces that are clipped to the dash. or on bottom portions of the dash and plastic bezels.
If you can obtain a Haynes, Chilton, or other auto book with tear down instructions they will all have step by step details of how to penetrate the somewhat impenetrable dashes of cars.(detect sarcasm)
If you look at taking vehicle dash apart as a form of mechanical science you will note that the process is neutrally the same for all vehicles. They were all designed by somebody with drafting tools and the idea of presentation or to hide the connectors.
If you chose to tackle the job without some other means on information; place your thoughts with you as though you are reverse engineering the dash components and decide where you would hide connectors (screws, bolts, clips etc.). Then look in those places first.
With a little time and patients you can find your way through the maze of over engineered components of your dash.
