Hi dibbers,
you can get new sensor valves at any Renault dealer from memory they are about 30 I think. They have different coloured rings with each one so you are able to put the appropriate colour on the wheel as required.
You do need them calibrated, but I obtained 2 and my tyre specialist put them on the new tyres as per my position instructions. They are all numbered individually so I ensured the number was written down and the position noted. This info I passed on to my Renault dealer, who amended my records accordingly.
They worked very well and that was almost 12 months ago. You should also replace the dust caps with plastic ones because metal ones corrode and sometimes break when working on the tyre/wheels.
Hope this helps.
