You can try using the paint code to get a rattle can of 632 boreal grey. Remember that you will need base coat and lacquer. If you just rough up the bumper with some 600 wet and dry then you can paint over the top of the existing paint, but if you go down to the bare plastic you will also need some plastic primer to help the new paint adhere to the plastic.

The other option is to look in yellow pages for a local auto paint supplier as they will be able to tell you what you need and also make up the paint for you.
