The bike looks good.
However my point is that if it done in 2k laquer it will be like glass and much more durable.
Bumpers take a lot of knocks from stones and road film so they really wouldnt last long done in rattle can laquer.
If the bumpers are textured you can get rid of it by putting on a couple of extra coats of primer and flatting back the texture.
You could offer to do this part of the process to keep costs down.
Just mist over the primer with some rattle can matt black and the just sand the primer till the black has gone. Use 600grit wet n dry with plenty of water and maybe a flat block if the shape of the bumper lends itself to a block.
