Ouch, bad luck
OK, so it's a bit unsightly at the moment, but I think I would keep looking for a white replacement door. Even if it takes some time to source one, it will be probably be cheaper than having the replacement resprayed professionally. If you tried to respray it yourself you may be disappointed with the results.
Difficult to see from the pics, but you could probably fill / shape and spray the sill yourself.
Replacing the door shouldn't be too bad, take a look and see how the door hinges are attached, probably big Torx bolts. Just a case of getting it lined up nicely.
