Question Doors disabled?

Hi, first post...

We had our Scenic serviced last week and since realised that the passenger side front and rear doors won't open or lock (keyless entry).

I've had a look at the manual thinking it might be something to do with "restricted mode" but I don't think it can be?

The car didn't detect the key within the passenger compartment the other day so I changed the battery. My wifes card doesn't work either.

Also doors seemed to be trying to lock whilst the rear door was open the other day - we put it down to one of us having the key fob depressed in our pockets.

The doors can be locked/unlocked and open as usual when the key fob buttons are pressed, it's just the keyless entry (hand under the handle to open and push button to lock) that isn't working on the passenger side doors. this

Some setting I have accidentally activated or does this sound broken? connection?

btw - It was the 72K service so plenty of work under the bonnet.
