First thing I would do is take away as many panels/covers around where you think the leak is coming in and get someone to throw water over the car with a hose while you're inside to make sure you have found the source of the leak. Then I'd get windscreen sealent (from motor factors) and not silocone (as this can eat through the paint etc) and seal up as neatly as you can. If you're sure its the windscreen and you have windscreen cover on you're ins policy it might be just as good to get a new one fitted!
Currently in renofan's garage:
1997 Laguna 1.8 8v RT Sport. Black. V6 Leather Interior. Wood Trim on Dash. Monroe Gas "Reflex" Shocks. Sport Springs. Sparco Strut Brace. Team Dynamics Sword Alloys. 6 Disc CD Changer. Tow Bar. Crystal side repeaters. Currently 183,000 miles done. Airflow spoiler, new '00 model headlights, backlights and DRLs waiting to be fitted....
