There's a small electronic brain for the tyre pressure monitor system under the car approx under the passenger seat. Mine went faulty so all the tyre icons disappeared from the centre dash display. However although the yellow "flat tyre" light was permanently on, it disn't flash (and therefore wasn't very annoying), and the big "stop" light didn't come on at all. Try unplugging the wiring to the brain and see if the light still annoys you.

Mine didn't have the voice thingy tho, perhaps yours will still nag you. Failing that then any decent bosch type agent will be able to disable the system for you for about 30.
