As far as I am aware, no, but I'm sure Lag will give you the definitive answer. The OH's car normally has child seats fitted and on all occasions there is a note on the MoT saying 'passenger seat belts not tested'. The tester told me that they would not undo a child seat to test the belts, so I guess it's not mandatory to check all seatbelts.

Why do today what you can put off until tomorrow...
