They do (or at least did) have CLIP as I understand it, I asked that specific question last time I was in. However, may may have meant similar to CLIP.
I like the fact that they talk to you on a professional level (which befits how I expect to be treated), unlike some people in the car industry that treat you with contempt whilst being unable to talk properly.
I have used them for 2 cambelts, plenty of less major items, air conditioning service, etc. etc. and I just wish I hadn't moved away as my local Renault specialist is a lot more expensive.
