If it's like the Lagunas, there is a bleed valve on top of the heater matrix hose, located on the right hand side of the bulk head.
You need to run the engine with this loosened,
WARNING HOT WATER WILL ESCAPE SOMETIMES IN A JET !!!!!!
It may take several attempts to fully bleed the system.
When you start the car, do you get a gurgling sound from the passenger footwell ?
This indicates an airlock !
