What I would do now then is put it back in diagnostic mode but this time start the engine and then cycle throgh the readings with the stalk button again and see what you get,One of them is current fuel usage i think it somthing like ltr/hour and should be about 0.6 at tickover.
If that comes up ok but the other 2 are still 0 then it should rule out the fuel flow meter at point back to the sender or wiring to it.
